Peer Review , Film Review , and Film Changes

Hey, I'm back!! I'm here today to talk about our film review blog. This is where we reflect on how the filming process went. Also, I will add some peer review comments as well as a discussion about the changes we made. Let's begin with the film days themselves. When we got all the group members together at the filming location, the process wasn't long. We efficiently set up our equipment and started filming, making sure to capture multiple angles and scenes to give us options during editing. After reviewing the footage, we received feedback from our peers on pacing, lighting, and acting performances, leading us to make adjustments in post-production to enhance the overall quality of the film. It took an hour to an hour and a half at most to finish filming. Editing only took me two short days. I worked tirelessly to piece together the footage, carefully selecting the best shots and piecing them together to create a cohesive story. I added the music Suse chose, sound ef

Heyyyy everyone!!! I'm here for my last production blog. Don't worry, I'll be back for other blogs, but I'm done with my personal blogs.   It's been such an incredible experience sharing my thoughts and insights with you all.   But I'm not here to talk about my last blog, but about my groupmates. I worked in a group with Suse and Aurum. Working with Suse and Aurum was truly an adventure. We had our fair share of disagreements and challenges, but we always managed to push through and deliver some amazing work together. Aurum brought his creativity, while Suse brought her problem-solving skills. Working with them as a group is truly a rewarding experience that I will always cherish. Our collaboration and teamwork have not only produced excellent results but also strengthened our bond as friends. I look forward to future opportunities to work with such talented individuals again. Some of the challenges we faced were with scheduling. We're all busy, and that m

Film day

Heyyyyy everyone!!! I'm here to talk about my group's film days. This will highlight the main parts of our film days. We went to these film days hoping to get all our work done. We weren't able to get it all done, but a great deal did get finished. We need maybe two more days to get everything completely done. Even if we didn't get it all done, I'm still proud of everything we did. In our first meeting, we started off by brainstorming ideas and eventually settled on a concept that we were all excited about. We decided to do introductions, the roles, and practicing the scripts. It was fun getting to know the person playing Stewart. The next film day we had, we divided up tasks and got to work filming scenes. It was a lot of fun trying to capture the perfect shot and bring our vision to life. Despite some technical difficulties and a few hiccups along the way, we managed to pull together and get it done. In post-production, I spent long hours editing and adding fini

Music

Heyyyyy everyone!!! I'm here to talk about the music that will be used in our movie. But before I talk about the music being used, I messed up at the end of my last blog. My last groupmate can do something on her own. She has a tiny scene where she's by herself. It's a close up scene that goes into a medium close up of her screaming. This is the part of the movie where she finds Aj's body and is left in complete shock and fear. She has to do the same thing Aj has to do. But her video has to be 10–15 seconds long. Once she does, I will have to edit it to make it look realistic. I know I will be so impressed with her performance during the scene. Now, back to the music. My group came to the conclusion that we should use free music. We searched for hours, listening to different tracks, and finally found the perfect one that fit the mood of the scene. As we watched and listened to different free music, we all knew that we had created something truly special. We knew that

What could be done at home

Heyyyyy everyone!!! I'm here to talk about things that can be done at home. When I say done at home, I mean editing and film wise. Two people from my group could've done something at home. The first person who could do something at home is Aj. There's a scene in the movie where Aj has to lay on the floor like he's dead. This scene has a murder mystery vibe. I had to edit this scene to make it look realistic, adding in blood and special effects to enhance the murder mystery feel. Aj, on the other hand, had to practice his acting skills at home to perfect his dead body pose. Together, we will be able to create a chilling and suspenseful scene that adds depth to our film. The video doesn't have to be long. It just has to be around 4-6 seconds long. Anything longer wouldn't be a problem, but the ideal time would be 4-6 seconds. The other person who can do something at home is me. I do most, if not all, of the editing for my group. I spend hours meticulously editin
