Peer Review , Film Review , and Film Changes

Hey, I'm back!! I'm here today to talk about our film review blog. This is where we reflect on how the filming process went. Also, I will add some peer review comments as well as a discussion about the changes we made. Let's begin with the film days themselves. When we got all the group members together at the filming location, the process wasn't long. We efficiently set up our equipment and started filming, making sure to capture multiple angles and scenes to give us options during editing. After reviewing the footage, we received feedback from our peers on pacing, lighting, and acting performances, leading us to make adjustments in post-production to enhance the overall quality of the film. It took an hour to an hour and a half at most to finish filming. Editing only took me two short days. I worked tirelessly to piece together the footage, carefully selecting the best shots and piecing them together to create a cohesive story. I added the music Suse chose, sound effects I picked out, and visual effects Aj decided on to enhance the final product. The group who viewed our finished product said they liked our video and how it all came together after the editing. There were some comments on how we should've had fake blood to make it more realistic. Comments were also made on the music that was used. We are now getting into some changes made in our filming process. We swapped some lines around from the script. Our actor, Aaliyah, was having a hard time dealing with the pressure of her lines. Meanwhile, our Stewart actor seemed to really get a grasp on her lines. He had rehearsed them flawlessly with much emotion, so we made a group decision to give him the lines. Overall, our team was feeling confident about the changes we made in the filming process. We were all impressed with how well the Stewart actor had adapted to his new lines and brought a new level of emotion to the scene. Despite the challenges that arose during filming, we were excited to present you guys with the final product. It really came together with all the edits and adjustments we made.
